Meet Jacinta Nicole
Yoga and Meditation Facilitator
Jacinta has a positive zest for life and is passionate about mediation, mindfulness, and mental health, contributing and teaching for over 10 years, to assist individuals to improve their health, wellness and quality of life. Jacinta studied in the yoga capital of the world Rishikesh, India. Completing a 500h YTT course at Association for Yoga and Meditation, she continued to return to India each year, studying meditation under the guidance of a Swami. Spending time in Himalayas she immersed herself in the culture and deep teachings and lifestyle of yogic practices. Jacinta is passionate about your health and wellness and sharing her knowledge. Available for private group sessions, 1:1 sessions, workshops, retreats and courses
